Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody (IgG) specific to SERCA2a. Identical to A010-23AP in a smaller vial size (Trial Vial).
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide (NYLEPAILE997) corresponding to amino acids at the extreme C-terminus of SERCA2a.
Species reactivity
The antibody recognises SERCA2a in recombinant, tissue and cellular samples. The antibody reacts with SERCA2a in all mammalian species as the sequence of the epitope is identical in all mammalian species (including human, rat, mouse, rabbit, sheep, pig, dog).
Storage
Lyophilised antibody is formulated in a freeze-dried state with a sugar/polymer additive; it is stable at 4°C when stored with desiccant for >1 year. Reconstitute lyophilised powder in 25 μl of 18 MΩ H2O, aliquot and store frozen at -80°C for 1 year. Avoid freeze – thaw cycles.
