Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through this web-site directly (payment by credit or debit card), or by Institutional Purchase Order* (PO) using email. Details are provided below:

*We require the following information to process your order:
- Formal order from your company, purchasing agent or institution (including a PO reference)
- Product catalog numbers, size and quantity
- Email address and telephone number for both the end user and your institution’s Accounts Payable representative
- Shipping address and billing address
- Your VAT number (tax code) and your VAT Exemption Certificate if zero rate VAT applies to your purchase (EU countries only)
- Your EORI registration number (EU countries only)
- Any import licences required for your country
