Species reactivity
This antibody is a polyclonal IgG response to mEOS2 protein. It recognises mEOS2 and likely other derivatives of mEOS2. It does NOT recognise GFP or relate fluorescent proteins.
Storage
Lyophilised antibody is formulated in a freeze-dried state with a sugar/polymer additive; it is stable at 4°C when stored with desiccant for >1 year. Reconstitute lyophilised powder in 50 μl of 18 MΩ H2O, aliquot and store frozen at -80°C for 1 year. Avoid freeze – thaw cycles. C
