Mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG1) specific for phospholamban (PLN, PLB)
Immunogen
Bovine cardiac phospholamban. Epitope has been mapped to residues 7-16 (Morris et al 1991, JBC 266, 11270-5).
Species reactivity
Reacts with PLB from human, mouse, rat, rabbit, chicken, ferret, hamster and sheep. NB. Affinity of binding is reduced upon phosphorylation of Ser-16.
Storage
Lyophilised antibody is stable at 4 °C when stored with desiccant. Reconstitute lyophilised powder in 25 µl of 18 MΩ H2O, aliquot and store frozen at -80 °C for 1 year. Avoid freeze – thaw cycles. Lyophilised: 4 °C Reconstituted:-80 °C
