Species reactivity
Specific for pSer-10 forms of PLN (pentamer & monomer) in rat and mouse. Epitope sequence is identical in PLN from many species, so reactivity with many mammalian species is expected.
Storage
Lyophilised antibody is formulated in a freeze-dried state with a sugar/polymer additive; it is stable at 4°C when stored with desiccant for >1 year. Reconstitute lyophilised powder in 50 μl of 18 MΩ H2O, aliquot and store frozen at -80°C for 1 year. Avoid freeze – thaw cycles.
