Immunogen
Synthetic peptide (TIRGRLLS(PO3H2)LVE2033) corresponding to amino acids surrounding the phosphorylated serine residue at position 2030 of RYR2 (human), conjugated to KLH.
Species reactivity
The antibody recognises RYR2 phosphorylated at serine 2030 and binding is blocked in the presence of a peptide containing the phospho-Ser2030 epitope.
Storage
Lyophilised antibody is stable at 4 °C when stored with desiccant. Reconstitute lyophilised powder in 50 µl of 18 MΩ H2O, aliquot and store frozen at -80 °C for 1 year. Avoid freeze – thaw cycles. Lyophilised: 4 °C. Reconstituted:-80 °C
